Shruti is a Counselling Psychologist dedicated to helping individuals navigate emotional challenges and build healthier relationships with themselves and others. With training in CBT, ACT and applied psychology, she offers a compassionate, structured approach to mental wellbeing — working with adolescents, individuals and couples on emotional wellbeing, relationships, family dynamics, and life transitions.
Her counselling philosophy is rooted in a simple belief: every individual has the capacity to heal and grow when given the right guidance and psychological tools. Sessions are warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented — creating a safe, non-judgmental space for reflection and meaningful change.
